Derek Page Concrete, with the supervision of Dennis Doyle, took up and removed the old asphalt driveway and graded it such that, with the new concrete driveway, the water now flows off one side of the driveway without pooling. The job took a couple of weeks due to the weather. The new concrete driveway is aesthetically pleasing as is the new sidewalk, which is about a foot wider than the old sidewalk. This has tremendously improved the look and value of our property. After the concrete work was finished, they sowed grass seed at the sides of the driveway and sidewalk where the excavation left barren soil and covered the seed with hay. The grass is filling the barren spots nicely.
